User Consent Policy

Introduction

By selecting Accept and continue, or by otherwise accessing or using the Service, you, as an authorized user (Authorized User), acknowledge and agree, on behalf of the club, school, league, or other organization you represent (the Organization), as follows:

1. Authority to Act on Behalf of the Organization

You represent and warrant that you have been duly authorized by the Organization to:

• Enter, upload, and manage player information.
• Record evaluations, rankings, and notes.
• Capture or upload player photos.
• Access and use the Service for legitimate organizational purposes.

You further acknowledge and agree that the Organization, and not the Company, is solely responsible for ensuring that all data entered into the Service is lawfully collected, lawfully provided, and processed in compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, internal policies, and consent requirements.

2. Required Consents for Player Information and Images

Before entering, recording, or uploading any player information, including any photograph or other image, you represent, warrant, and confirm that:

• You have obtained all legally required parent or guardian consents.
• You have provided all required notices under applicable privacy, youth data, and safeguarding laws.
• You have a lawful basis to collect, store, and process the player's information.
• You will comply with all Organization policies and applicable laws.

You acknowledge and agree that the Company does not independently verify the existence, validity, or sufficiency of any consent, notice, or lawful basis, and the Company shall have no responsibility or liability for any unauthorized, unlawful, or improper data entry or upload by any user or Organization.

3. Permitted Use of Images

If you capture, submit, or upload any photographs or other images (Images), you agree and represent that:

• Images will be used solely for identification and evaluation within the Service.
• Images will not be captured in private or sensitive locations, including locker rooms, restrooms, or changing areas.
• Images will not be inappropriate, harmful, or unrelated to tryouts.
• You will obtain and maintain all required consents before uploading any Image.

You and the Organization shall remain solely responsible for all Images submitted to the Service and for compliance with all applicable consent, privacy, safeguarding, and related legal requirements.

4. Responsible Use of Player Information

You agree that you shall:

• Enter accurate, complete, and up-to-date information.
• Use player data only for legitimate organizational purposes.
• Maintain confidentiality and follow access-control requirements.
• Comply with the Organization's retention and deletion rules.
• Follow all applicable laws, including youth data and privacy regulations.

Any misuse of player information or misuse of the Service may result in the suspension or termination of your access, in addition to any other remedies available under applicable law or contract.

5. Acknowledgment of Incorporated Policies

By accessing or using the Service, you acknowledge that your access to and use of the Service is governed by, and subject to, the following documents, each of which is hereby incorporated by reference:

• Terms of Use
• Privacy Policy

You acknowledge that you have reviewed, understand, and agree to comply with each of the foregoing documents.

6. No Coaching, Roster, or Placement Decisions by the Service

You acknowledge and agree that:

• The Service provides organizational tools only.
• Rankings, scores, and evaluations may be subjective.
• The Service does not make coaching, roster, or placement decisions.
• All decisions are made solely by the Organization and its personnel.

The Company shall not be responsible or liable for any coaching decision, roster determination, player placement, or related outcome made by the Organization or its personnel.

7. Limitation of Liability and Indemnification

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, you acknowledge and agree that:

• The Company is not liable for coaching decisions, team placements, evaluation outcomes, or any unauthorized data or photo uploads.
• The Company is not liable for your failure to obtain required consents.
• You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the Company from any claims arising out of your data entry, uploads, or use of the Service.

Without limitation, this includes claims, demands, actions, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses arising out of or relating to privacy, consent, data accuracy, safeguarding, or misuse of the Service.

Confirmation of Consent and Acceptance

By selecting Accept and continue, you acknowledge and agree that:

• You have read, understand, and agree to this User Consent Policy.
• You are authorized to act for and bind the Organization.
• You accept responsibility for obtaining all required consents.
• You agree to use the Service only in accordance with the Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.
• You understand that violation of these requirements may result in suspension or termination of access.

If you do not agree to the foregoing terms, you must not access or use the Service.
